Victor Custom Tack was a small workshop out of Scottsdale, AZ known for using an old world approach to refinement and detail. The shop is no longer, so prying these pieces out of the hands of the beholder, is usually quite difficult! If you have a pretty head in the barn, don't show it off with anything different.
